Semester Break system outages

Faculty, Staff, and Students,

During the semester break the College’s EMC data storage system will be replaced. This will require an outage of most systems as they are moved to the new equipment. Please note: student email will be out on 12/29, faculty and staff email will be out for periods of time on 1/2 and 1/3. The outage schedule is as follows:

December 21st
-Windows thin clients
-Web kiosk machines

December 29th
-Student Email
-Student network file access
-OneCard
-Library online catalog system
-ERes
-Ariel
-Math Radius server
-Service Desk
-Physical Plant work order system
-Web access to network files
-Master Calendar-internal version
-Groupwise access for Treos
-Nutritive Analysis

January 2nd
-All systems that require authentication
-Holy Cross websites and web applications
-Email
-Network file access and network printing
-Advance
-Brio web reporting
-Service Desk
-R25

January 3rd
-On campus internet access
-Holy Cross websites in Media Surface and Drupal
-Teagle, Catholics and Culture, and Collegium websites

-People Soft Finance
-HR self service
-Groupwise access for Blackberrys

-Wireless access
