The faculty email server is now down and the migration has been started.
E-mail for class years 2011 & 2013 will be unavailable on Wednesday, July 7th from 9 am- 1 pm. E-mail for class years 2010, 2012 & 2014 will be unavailable on Thursday, July 8th from 9 am to 1 pm.
On June 8th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. access to network files for academic departments will b unavailable. From 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. internet email processing for Groupwise will be unavailable. Messages will be queued and delivered one services are restored.
On June 9th from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Groupwise email services for faculty and staff will be unavailable. Messages will be queued and delivered one services are restored.
The e-mail outage scheduled for today for the class years 2010, 2012, 2014 has been postponed until tomorrow, June 3rd, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m..
Tomorrow morning, June 2nd, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. e-mail for class years 2011 and 2013 will be unavailable. E-mail for class years 2010, 2012 and 2014 will be unavailable from 10:30 to noon. On Thursday, June 3rd network file access (p: drives) will be unavailable from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m..
Network services to all buildings will be offline between 8:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. tonight while maintenance is performed in the Network Operations Center. Access to Holy Cross systems and web sites will be available from off-campus during the maintenance.
On Saturday April 17th Information Technologies Services staff will be performing required systems maintenance. From 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. the following systems will be intermittently unavailable:
PeopleSoft Finance
PeopleSoft HR and HR self service
Foodpro
Nutritive Analysis
Email for Blackberrys
