ITS will perform required systems maintenance on Saturday, February, 28, from 6-10 a.m.. Email and Internet access will be intermittently unavailable.
On Saturday February 21st, Information Technology Services staff will be performing required system maintenance. From 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. the following systems will be intermittently unavailable: moodle, ERes, and the Physical Plant work request system. The College is moving to a new ISP to significantly expand capacity. On Saturday ITS staff will be testing with the new ISP in preparation for a Spring Break cut-over. This may cause brief outages on Internet connectivity during the maintenance period.

The Library system (Library.holycross.edu) will be down on Tuesday January 6th from 11 am – 11 pm while the system is being upgraded.
The Physical Plant work order system will be down from 3 pm on Tuesday January 6th until 7 am on Monday January 12 while the system is being upgraded.
Moodle, Wikis and Blogs will be down for maintenance on Tuesday December 30th from 6am – 10am.
The College’s phone system and access to all computer systems (email, websites, etc.) will be unavailable from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday January 3rd while our phone and core network switch vendors perform required system upgrades. If you have set your phone to forward to another phone, this will be cleared and will have to be set up again. All other phone programming (such as the button settings) will work normally after the upgrade.

Dec 9. As many folks have already noticed, connections to the internet are particularly slow today. Information Technology Services has been investigating the issue; it turns out that the problem is not with our on-campus network. Our internet service provider (Charter) is having technical issues. We have been in contact with Charter, and they are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
